The Company offered 56.75 million H-shares under the global offering, including 5.67 million shares for public subscription, raising around HK$1.181 billion in total gross proceeds.
Alebund Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical enterprise focusing on therapeutics for kidney diseases. Its core product AP301, a phosphate binder developed to treat hyperphosphatemia, has completed Phase III registration clinical trials in China, and the New Drug Application (NDA) is expected to be submitted in the near term. The grey market trading will commence on 26 June, and the official listing on the HKEX Main Board is set for 29 June.
