Kidswant Children Products Co., Ltd. Refiles HKEX Listing Application, Ranks No.1 in China’s Maternal, Infant and Child Products & Services Market

(301078.SZ) submitted its second Main Board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 23 June, with Huatai International acting as the sole sponsor. According to Frost & Sullivan, ranked by GMV, the Company secured the top position in China’s maternal, infant and child products and services market in 2025 with a market share of 0.3%. In addition, Siyu Group, which the Company acquired in 2025, ranked first in China’s scalp and hair care market by GMV, holding a 3.3% market share.
NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Kidswant Children Products Co., Ltd. (301078.SZ) filed its second listing application for the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 23 June 2026, and Huatai International is appointed as the sole sponsor.
Kidswant is principally engaged in maternal, infant and child businesses, covering the sales of maternal, infant and child goods as well as provision of child development and parenting services. Per Frost & Sullivan statistics measured by GMV, the Company ranked first in China’s maternal, infant and child products and services market in 2025 with a market share of 0.3%. To expand its business scope, the Company completed the acquisition of Siyu Group in July 2025 and entered the scalp and hair care sector. Ranked by GMV, Siyu Group holds the leading position in this market with a market share of 3.3%.
