KALUGA QUEEN(06715.HK) Launches Public Offer Today, Entry Fee Approximately HK$7,626.14

NewTimeSpace News: Hangzhou Qiandaohu Xunlong Sci-tech Co., Ltd. (06715.HK, KALUGA QUEEN) commences its public offering on 22 June 2026, and is expected to be listed on 30 June 2026.

As disclosed in the prospectus, the total number of Offer Shares under the Global Offering amounts to 16,332,900 H-shares, comprising 1,633,300 Hong Kong Offer Shares and 14,699,600 International Offer Shares. The final offer price is set at HK$75.50 per share. Each trading board lot consists of 100 shares, translating to an entry fee of approximately HK$7,626.14. If the Over-allotment Option is fully exercised, a maximum of an additional 2,449,900 Offer Shares may be issued, representing 15% of the initial number of Offer Shares available under the Global Offering.

In respect of cornerstone investment placement, the Company has entered into cornerstone subscription agreements with eight cornerstone investors. Calculated based on the offer price of HK$75.50, their aggregate subscription consideration totals approximately US$78.5 million (equivalent to around HK$615 million), corresponding to roughly 8.1461 million Offer Shares, accounting for approximately 49.88% of the total Global Offering shares (assuming the Over-allotment Option is not exercised). The cornerstone investors include BlackRock Funds, Baring, Taikang Life Insurance, Shanghai Greenwoods Asset Management, GTINV and other institutional investors.
