COREE’s HKEX IPO Application Lapsed, China’s Largest Paediatric Pharmaceutical Marketing & Promotion Service Provider

NewTimeSpace News: The listing application submitted by COREE Company Limited to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 18 December 2025 has lapsed upon the expiry of the six-month validity period, with China International Capital Corporation acting as the original sole sponsor. Originated from South Korea, the Company is an integrated healthcare solution provider with core operations in China and expanding global footprint. According to Frost & Sullivan, measured by 2024 revenue, it ranks as China’s largest service provider for paediatric pharmaceutical marketing, promotion and sales, capturing approximately 15.9% of the domestic market share.

Per Frost & Sullivan industry data based on 2024 revenue, the Company ranks among the top ten players in China’s pharmaceutical marketing, promotion and sales market, and holds the leading position as China’s largest service provider specialised in paediatric pharmaceutical marketing, promotion and sales, with around 15.9% market share nationwide.

The Company’s sales network covers all 31 provincial-level regions across Chinese Mainland. As at 30 June 2025, it operated a distribution network of over 1,500 distributors, covering roughly 110,000 clinics, 310,000 pharmacies and 3,600 hospitals. Its pharmaceutical marketing, promotion and sales segment is anchored by two flagship paediatric prescription drugs, Medilac-Vita (Mamiai) and Ambrocol (Yitanjing), for which the Group serves as the exclusive distributor in China’s off-hospital niche market.
