Crealights Technology (01191.HK) Launches IPO: Offer Price at HK$114.00 per Share, Listing Expected June 29
Newtimespace.com reports: Crealights Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 1191) announced details of its global offering, proposing to issue 13,431,500 H-shares. The Hong Kong public offering initially comprises 1,343,150 H-shares (subject to adjustment), representing approximately 10.0% of the total; the international offering initially comprises 12,088,350 H-shares, representing approximately 90.0%. The offer price is HK$114.00 per share, with a board lot of 50 H-shares. Trading is expected to commence on the Stock Exchange on June 29, 2026.
The Hong Kong public offering opens at 9:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026, and closes at 12:00 noon on June 24, 2026. Results are expected to be announced no later than 11:00 p.m. on June 26, 2026. The amount payable for 50 H-shares is HK$5,757.48.
