Indonesian Mining Firm Merdeka Gold Kicks Off Book-Building Today, Offering 89.67 Million Depositary Receipts

NewTimesSpace (newtimespace.com) reports: PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk ("Merdeka Gold Resources") announced on June 17, 2026, the launch of its global offering. The company will offer 89,668,600 depositary receipts globally, comprising 8,966,900 depositary receipts for the Hong Kong public offering (approximately 10.0%) and 80,701,700 depositary receipts for the international offering (approximately 90.0%). The maximum offer price is HK$26.60 per depositary receipt. The stock code is 6228. Depositary receipts will be traded in board lots of 100 each. The deadline for completing electronic applications via the White Form eIPO service is 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, and the deadline for submitting electronic application instructions to HKSCC is 12:00 noon on the same day.
