Its core asset LNK01001 is an oral second-generation selective JAK1 small-molecule inhibitor indicated for moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis, moderate-to-severe ankylosing spondylitis, moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and vitiligo, positioned as a selective JAK1 inhibitor with a more favorable safety profile compared with earlier-generation JAK inhibitors.
Another core product LNK01004 is a soft topical pan-JAK inhibitor for mild-to-moderate atopic dermatitis and other inflammatory skin diseases. It delivers potent local JAK inhibition while minimizing systemic exposure, making it suitable for long-term topical administration.
