Laifual Drive Passes HKEX Listing Hearing, Ranking 2nd in China’s Robot Harmonic Reducer Market

NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Zhejiang Laifual Drive Co., Ltd. passed the Main Board listing hearing on June 14, 2026, with CMB International serving as the sole sponsor.

Laifual Drive is a Chinese provider of core precision transmission components for robots. Its products cover harmonic reducers, joint modules, robotic arms and automated workstations, mainly applied in humanoid and industrial robots. According to CIC Consulting, based on 2025 shipments, the company ranks second among China’s robot harmonic reducer providers with a 21.4% market share; by revenue, it also ranks second with a 12.9% market share. It is one of only two domestic manufacturers that have delivered and begun mass production of harmonic reducers for humanoid robots. In 2025, its harmonic reducers achieved a positioning accuracy of ±15 arcseconds and a service life of over 10,000 hours.
