Miduoduo Group Reapplies for HKEX Listing, Ranking Fifth Among China’s Cross-Border E-Commerce Service Providers
NewTimeSpaceNews: As disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Miduoduo Group Inc. reapplied for Main Board listing on June 12, 2026, with CCB International serving as the sole sponsor. Founded in 2014, the company develops and provides comprehensive technology-driven marketing, sales and operational support services for Chinese manufacturers and merchants.
According to CIC, in terms of 2024 revenue, the company ranks fifth among cross-border e-commerce service providers in China, with a market share of approximately 0.5%. It established a partnership with Google in 2015 and later became a Google Elite Partner (top 3%). Additionally, it became an official advertising agency for TikTok for Business in 2024 and for Amazon in 2025. During the track record period, the company has assisted over 2,000 direct customers in promoting their brands to more than 20 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
