NewTimeSpace News: As shown on the official website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Main Board listing application filed by Trunk Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. on December 11, 2025 has lapsed after six months. Guotai Junan International served as the sole sponsor at the time of submission.
Trunk Technology is a leading provider of L4 autonomous trucks and solutions in China. It was recognized as a national key "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in sophisticated, unique and innovative businesses in September 2025, being one of the first enterprises in the autonomous truck sector to receive this honor. The company has built an integrated vehicle-terminal-cloud product ecosystem, with core offerings including AiTruck, AiBox and AiCloud. According to Frost & Sullivan, the company is China's largest provider of L4 autonomous trucks and solutions for closed road scenarios, measured by product sales revenue in 2024.
