China Commodities City Files for HKEX Listing, World’s Largest Comprehensive International Trade Service Platform

(600415.SH) submitted a main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 29, with HSBC and CITIC Securities as joint sponsors. According to CIC, it ranks as the world’s largest comprehensive international trade service platform by total merchandise transaction volume in 2025, and also the globe’s largest small commodity wholesale market by the number of merchants.

The company is a world-leading comprehensive international trade service provider. Its core physical marketplace, Yiwu China Commodities City, is a large market complex consisting of the International Trade City, Global Digital Trade Center, Huangyuan Market and other facilities. Per CIC statistics, the company tops the global ranking for comprehensive international trade service platforms in terms of 2025 total merchandise transaction volume, and leads the world’s small commodity wholesale markets by merchant count.
As of December 31, 2025, the market boasts a leasable area of over 1.6 million square meters and around 80,000 business tenants, offering 26 major categories and approximately 2.1 million types of individual products. Its business scope covers digital trade, warehousing, trade-related financial services, domestic trade and cross-border trade.
