Sinocelltech Files for Hong Kong IPO; Anjiyin Ranked No.1 in China’s rhFVIII Market Since 2023

NewTimeSpace News: As disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Beijing Sinocelltech Group Limited (688520.SH) filed for main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 22, 2026, with CITIC Securities acting as the sole sponsor.

Sinocelltech is an innovative biopharmaceutical company focused on the research, development, manufacturing and commercialization of therapeutic antibodies, recombinant proteins and vaccines. Founded in 2002, the company has long prioritized independent R&D and built an end-to-end platform supporting drug discovery, clinical development and commercialization. In July 2021, it launched its first commercial product, Anjiyin (Recombinant Human Coagulation Factor VIII). The product has topped the ranking of comparable products in China by sales value since 2023, accounting for about 35.5% of the rhFVIII market in 2024.

As of the latest practicable date, the company has five commercialized products, three COVID-19 vaccine products authorized for emergency use, and 13 candidate products in ongoing clinical studies. All products and candidates are independently developed, with the company holding global intellectual property rights.
