Tage iDriver Technology Co., Ltd. Files for Hong Kong IPO, Positioned as China's Pioneer in Autonomous Mining Transportation
Newtimespace News: According to the HKEX disclosure, Tage iDriver Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 20, 2026, with Huatai International acting as the sole sponsor.
Tage iDriver is a pioneer and leader in autonomous mining transportation. The company's proprietary "Vehicle-Ground-Cloud" autonomous mining transportation system, "Kuanggu," is driven by three proprietary AI foundation models, covering end-to-end autonomous driving, multi-agent dispatching and control, and equipment full-lifecycle health management. According to CIC data, the company retrofitted China's first autonomous mining wide-body truck and first autonomous mining rigid dump truck in 2018, deployed China's first autonomous mining open-pit project with safety drivers removed in 2020, and successfully achieved large-scale deployment of its self-developed 100-ton hybrid electric autonomous mining wide-body truck (TG136 HA) in Northwest China in 2024.
As of December 31, 2025, 14 smart mines deploying the company's solutions had received certification from relevant authorities,ranking first in China. The company also ranked second in China by number of projects served (31 projects), second by number of autonomous rigid dump trucks delivered and serviced (114 units), and among the top four by number of autonomous mining trucks delivered and serviced (557 units, including both wide-body trucks and rigid dump trucks).
