Newtimespace News: According to the HKEX disclosure, Shanghai KeLiang Information Technology Co., Ltd. submitted its main board listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 20, 2026, with Guojin Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. acting as the sole sponsor.
KeLiang Information is a leading digital energy technology company. Based on core capabilities including electromagnetic transient simulation, mechanism-data dual-driven modeling, digital-analog hybrid simulation (HIL simulation), and frequency-domain stability analysis, the company has developed a systematic digital energy technology framework. Its technologies focus on new power systems and high-end equipment electrical systems, covering the entire lifecycle of planning, design, construction and operation, helping clients solve the long-standing industry challenge of ensuring high system reliability under non-trial-and-error constraints.
