Guangdong Jinsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. Files for HKEX Listing for the Third Time, World’s Largest Independent Lithium Battery Recycler
NewTimeSpace News: Guangdong Jinsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. filed its listing application with HKEX for the third time on May 18. CICC and China Merchants International act as joint sponsors. According to Frost & Sullivan, ranked by sales revenue of recycled products in 2025, the company is the world’s second largest lithium battery recycling and recycling enterprise, and the world’s largest third-party lithium battery recycling and recycling enterprise.
NewTimeSpace News: Guangdong Jinsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. submitted its third listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 18, 2026, with CICC and China Merchants International serving as joint sponsors.
The company is engaged in lithium battery recycling and resource regeneration business, committed to building a circular and eco-friendly industrial layout. As one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in lithium battery recycling, it has built an integrated recycling ecological system since 2014.
It realizes full-element recovery of valuable materials including lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese and iron from retired lithium batteries, and achieves full-component regeneration of cathode and anode materials. The company has formed complete end-to-end production capacity covering battery dismantling, crushing and raw material production of battery poles.
Its business covers mainstream ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries. The recycled products are widely applied in new energy vehicles, energy storage systems, consumer electronic products and other fields, forming a vertically integrated business model and complete industrial closed loop.
