EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (300014.SZ) officially submitted its application for a main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 2, 2026, aiming to achieve a dual listing in Hong Kong. CITIC Securities is serving as the sole sponsor for this issuance. The company stands as one of the few global lithium battery platform enterprises that hold leading positions across three major sectors—consumer batteries, power batteries, and energy storage batteries—capable of addressing the full spectrum of socioeconomic application scenarios.
According to data from Frost & Sullivan cited in the listing documents, EVE Energy ranked among the top three globally and second among Chinese manufacturers in global consumer battery shipments in 2024, with a market share of 11.7%. Within this segment, it ranked first globally in lithium primary battery shipments, holding a market share of 31.1%, and second globally (first among Chinese manufacturers) in consumer cylindrical battery shipments, with a market share of 34.3%.
In the power battery sector, the company ranked among the top five Chinese manufacturers globally in 2024, with a market share of 2.8%. In the 46-series large cylindrical battery segment, it ranked second globally and first among Chinese manufacturers. Furthermore, it held the second position nationally in commercial vehicle power battery shipments, with a market share of 12.2%.
In the energy storage battery segment, the company ranked second globally in shipments in 2024, with a market share of 17.2%, while also ranking first globally in shipments of residential energy storage cells. EVE Energy is also the world’s first company to mass-produce 600Ah+ large-format lithium iron phosphate (LFP) energy storage batteries.
After 24 years of development, EVE Energy has established a comprehensive R&D platform spanning materials, cells, BMS, and systems.
