Serial Achieva: Deadline for Share Subscription with UFCT Technology Extended to 30 June 2026

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 May 2026, Serial Achieva announced that it and the subscriber UFCT Technology have agreed to push back the deadline for completing pre-conditions of the share subscription to 30 June 2026, from the original date of 30 May 2026.

The company previously entered into a share subscription agreement on 11 March 2026 to issue 21,004,873 new ordinary shares. It also announced on 17 April 2026 that the deadline had been extended to 30 May.
