FEG HOLDINGS (01413.HK): Yang Zhenwei has been re-designated as Chairman

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 November 2026, FEG Holdings Corporation Limited (Stock Code: 01413) removed Yang Yuangui and Li Yujia as executive directors and Gao Fan as independent non-executive director from 6 November 2026, Yang also ceased to be co-chairman and a nomination committee member.

Yang Zhenwei moved from co-chairman to chairman from 7 November, and Guo Fang joined the nomination committee.
