(Stock Code: 902) announced that the Great Wall Huaneng Coal-Fired Power Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund (Huaneng Coal Power REIT) was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 6 November 2026 under code 508081, with the on-exchange short name Huaneng REIT.
The announcement shows that the fund raised 1,000 million units at RMB3.198 each, for net proceeds of RMB3.198 billion and total proceeds of RMB3.20 billion including interest. Strategic placement took 70%, the offline tranche 21% and the public tranche 9%. The Company said the REIT helps revitalise quality infrastructure assets, broaden funding channels and support a virtuous investment cycle in energy.
