BRAINAURORA-B (06681.HK): Brain Health Contest Holds First Test Round

NewTimeSpace News: On 4 November 2026, BrainAurora Medical Technology Limited (stock code: 06681) announced that the first round of assessment competitions for the themed competition jointly organised by its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Zhijingling Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Television Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned enterprise of Beijing Radio & Television Station, has been successfully held in Beijing.

Three assessment competitions were held in the first round, with participants averaging 70 years of age and the oldest at 85. The events combined cognitive assessment, brain-training challenges and brain health science popularisation. The Group provided the professional competition system, cognitive digital therapeutics hardware and software and medical science support, while the partner handled community implementation, participant recruitment, on-site organisation and event operations.

The Company said the cooperation extends its cognitive digital therapeutics business from medical institutions to community-based preventive settings, and that building a brain health competition IP will help popularise brain health concepts, raise brand influence and expand community service channels. Beijing Television Industry Group and its ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties, and the event does not constitute a connected transaction or a discloseable transaction. The test round is a pilot, with actual progress subject to implementation, policy environment and market acceptance.
