CN HEALTH TECH (01069.HK): Annual Results Delayed Again, Trading Suspended

NewTimeSpace News: On 3 November 2026, China Health Technology Group Holding Company Limited (stock code: 01069) announced a further delay in publishing its preliminary annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026. Under Rule 13.49(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company was required to publish the results by 30 September 2026.

A material change in Board composition occurred on 29 September 2026 and the Company initially expected to publish the results by 30 October 2026. However, the former directors and company secretary have not yet completely handed over the Group's books and records to the current Board; the current directors are recovering the documents to ensure the accuracy of the financial information, and the Board considered that publishing results based on management accounts at this stage would be premature. The Company is working closely with its auditor and expects to publish the annual results on or before 30 November 2026.

The Board meeting originally scheduled for 30 October 2026 to consider and approve the publication of the results and the recommendation of a final dividend has been re-scheduled to 30 November 2026. At the Company's request, trading in its shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 2 October 2026 pending publication of the results announcement.
