LOPAL TECH (02465.HK): Shi Junfeng pledges 25 million shares

On 2 November 2026, LOPAL TECH (02465.HK) said controlling shareholder Shi Junfeng pledged 25,000,000 unrestricted shares to Bohai International Trust, equal to 11.76% of his holding and 3.16% of total share capital, for personal financing.

NewTimeSpace News: On 2 November 2026, Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02465) said in an overseas regulatory announcement that controlling shareholder and actual controller Shi Junfeng pledged 25,000,000 unrestricted shares to Bohai International Trust Co., Ltd., with the registration completed. The pledge runs from 30 October 2026 until release of the registration, covers 11.76% of his holding and 3.16% of total share capital, and is for personal financing.

After the pledge, Shi has 55,000,000 shares pledged, or 25.86% of his holding and 6.95% of total capital. Shi, together with concert parties Zhu Xianglan and Nanjing Beili Venture Capital Centre (LP), holds 238,182,052 shares, or 30.11%, with the same 55,000,000 shares pledged, equal to 23.09% of their combined holding. The Company said the risk is controllable and the pledge will not lead to a change in control.
