NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, Nanjing Panda Electronics Company Limited (stock code: 00553) published an announcement on the resignation of its director and general manager, employee director and deputy general manager.

The announcement stated that Hu Huichun, executive director, general manager and legal representative, resigned from those roles and from his positions on the nomination committee and the strategy and sustainable development committee due to work reassignment. Yi Guofu resigned as employee director and as a member of the strategy and sustainable development committee, and Hu Dali resigned as deputy general manager, also due to work reassignment. All three resignations took effect upon delivery to the company.
