PROSPER FUTURE (01259.HK): Gets Labuan Digital Banking Approval

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, Prosperous Future Holdings Limited (stock code: 01259) voluntarily announced that the group has applied for and obtained conditional approval from the Labuan Financial Services Authority of the Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia, effective 8 September 2026.

The announcement stated that the group may accordingly set up a subsidiary in Labuan to operate a Labuan digital banking business under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010, conduct digital banking under the Labuan Digital Banking Framework, and establish a Labuan marketing office in Kuala Lumpur under the Guidelines on the Establishment of Marketing Office.

The company said the approval currently has no material impact on its operations, will make further announcements as appropriate, and reminded shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
