SHINEWAY PHARM (02877.HK): Appoints Kang Limin as Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, China Shineway Pharmaceutical Group Limited (stock code: 02877) announced that its board has appointed Kang Limin as an executive director, effective 1 November 2026.

Kang, aged 51, graduated from Hebei University of Economics and Business in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in economics and joined the group thereafter. She currently serves as the financial controller of Shineway Pharmaceutical Group Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. She is a senior management accountant of the China Association of Chief Financial Officers and a senior international financial manager of the International Financial Management Association, with more than 20 years of practical experience in finance, tax and corporate management.

Under the terms of her appointment, Kang's appointment letter takes effect from 1 November 2026 for a term of two years, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the annual general meeting under the articles of association. She will receive an annual director's fee of HKD 500,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus at the board's discretion.
