YS DIGIFAVOR (03773.HK): Xiao Rongjuan Succeeds CEO, Effective 2 November

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, Yinsheng Digifavor Company Limited (stock code: 03773) announced a change of chief executive officer. Guan Heng has retired as CEO upon expiry of his service agreement, and Xiao Rongjuan has been appointed CEO, both effective 2 November 2026.

Guan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and there are no matters relating to his retirement that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Stock Exchange. The board expressed its gratitude for Guan's contributions.

Xiao, aged 52, joined the group in November 2021 and was appointed deputy general manager of finance in November 2022, responsible for overall financial planning and daily supervision. She has over 20 years of financial management and operational experience in the telecommunications and fintech sectors, and previously held a senior management role at Yinsheng Technology Services Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Jinan University. Under her service contract, Xiao will receive an annual salary of RMB 940,000, terminable by either party with three months' written notice.
