NewTimeSpace News: On 30 October 2026, World Digital Economy Asset Group Limited (stock code: 03708) announced that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreement had been fulfilled and completion took place on the same date, with 78,250,000 subscription shares issued at HKD 0.182 each to the subscriber, representing about 10.76% of the existing issued share capital as at the announcement date and about 9.72% of the enlarged issued share capital.
Net proceeds of about HKD 14,232,000 will be used as general working capital of the Group. Upon completion, the issued share capital increased from 727,280,000 to 805,530,000 shares, with the subscriber holding 9.72%, Hui Ya International Limited diluted from 14.60% to 13.18%, China Zhuchen 81 Financial Limited from 9.43% to 8.52%, Qingda Zongheng Holding Group Limited from 9.22% to 8.32%, Wen Ting from 6.98% to 6.30%, Li Guoxun from 6.71% to 6.06%, and public shareholders from 53.06% to 47.90%.
