On 29 October 2026, CHINA COMM CONS (01800.HK) proposed a 2026 interim dividend of RMB 0.08976 per share, totalling RMB 1.455 billion; payment is expected by 29 December 2026.

NewTimeSpace News: On 29 October 2026, China Communications Construction Company Limited (stock code: 01800) announced that its Board of Directors resolved to propose the 2026 interim dividend.

The Company plans to distribute total cash dividends of approximately RMB 1.455 billion (inclusive of tax), based on total share capital of 16,213,786,279 shares as at 29 October 2026, equivalent to RMB 0.08976 per share (inclusive of tax, or approximately HKD 0.10486). The cash dividend is expected to be paid on or before 29 December 2026, in RMB to A-share holders and in HKD to H-share holders.

Under unaudited financial statements, net profit attributable to owners of the parent was approximately RMB 7.277 billion for the 2026 interim period and RMB 9.580 billion for the first three quarters.
