SUNSHINE 100 (02608.HK): joint company secretaries Han Bin and Yu Annie resign, failing Listing Rules requirements

NewTimeSpace News: According to the HKEX on October 29, Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd ("Sunshine 100", 02608.HK) announced that Han Bin has resigned as a joint company secretary with effect from October 29, 2026. Mr. Han confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and there are no other matters requiring the attention of shareholders and the Exchange.

According to the announcement, Yu Annie has also resigned as a joint company secretary, an authorised representative under Rule 3.05, and the legal process agent under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, with effect on the same day. The board expressed its sincere gratitude to both for their contributions.

Following the resignations, the company will be unable to meet the requirements of Rule 3.28 regarding company secretaries and Rule 3.05 regarding the appointment of two authorised representatives. The board will use its best efforts to identify suitable candidates as soon as practicable, and will make a further announcement in due course.
