NewTimeSpace News: On 28 October, Eminence Capital Group Limited (00770.HK) announced a delay in despatching the circular for its acquisition of listed securities, a major transaction. The company had announced the acquisition on 21 September 2026 and had expected to despatch the circular to shareholders on or before 13 October 2026.
The company said that, as it requires additional time to prepare and finalise certain information to be included in the circular, despatch is now expected to be delayed to on or before 27 November 2026. The circular was to contain further details of the acquisition, a notice convening an extraordinary general meeting and other information required under the Listing Rules.
