LOTUS HORIZON (06063.HK): Warns of HKD 2.5 mln interim net loss
- The Group posted a consolidated net profit of about HKD 1.3 million in the same period of 2025.
- The swing was partly due to slower construction progress on certain key projects awarded.
- Intense competition in Hong Kong also pushed down gross margins on projects secured in the past 12 months.
NewTimeSpace News: On 28 October 2026, Lotus Horizon Holdings Limited (stock code: 06063.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a consolidated net loss of about HKD 2.5 million for the six months ended 30 September 2026, against a consolidated net profit of about HKD 1.3 million a year earlier.
The Board attributed the swing to a slowdown in construction progress on certain key projects awarded, and to a continued decline in gross margins on projects secured in the past 12 months amid intense competition in the Hong Kong market. The Company is still finalising its interim results; the figures rest on a preliminary assessment of unaudited management accounts and information currently available, have not been reviewed by the auditor or audit committee, and may be adjusted. Interim results are expected in November 2026.
