NewTimeSpace News: On 28 October 2026, Flat Glass Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 06865.HK) issued an overseas regulatory announcement under Rule 13.10B, republishing an SSE filing. The cancellation of 140,000 reserved restricted A shares under its 2020 A Share Restricted Share Incentive Scheme was completed on 27 October 2026, with the shares transferred to the Company's dedicated buyback account.
The Board approved the buyback on 25 August 2026, citing major changes in the internal and external environment since the scheme was adopted, which would make continued implementation unlikely to achieve the intended incentive effect. The Company also recovered the related cash dividends. Creditors were notified and none demanded early repayment or security. After cancellation, restricted shares fell from 140,000 to nil and total shares from 2,342,883,261 to 2,342,743,261, comprising 1,901,028,261 unrestricted A shares and 441,715,000 H shares.
