PACIFIC BASIN (02343.HK): Executive director Helt to step down

NewTimeSpace News: On 26 October 2026, Pacific Basin Shipping Limited (stock code: 02343.HK) said Kristian Helt will step down as executive director with effect from 21 November 2026. Helt was appointed on 13 October 2025 for an initial one-year term, with any renewal subject to Board confirmation; the term was later extended briefly so he could join planning for the November 2026 Board meeting and complete a full annual cycle, consistent with the original plan.

He will remain on the Executive Committee and as the Group's Head of Chartering, and a director of Pacific Basin Shipping (USA) Inc, Pacific Basin Shipping (UK) Limited and Pacific Basin (UK) Limited, all indirectly wholly-owned subsidiaries. Helt confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholders' or the Exchange's attention, and the Board thanked him for his contribution and commitment as executive director.
