NEW GONOW RV (00805.HK) shareholding highly concentrated: 22 holders and chairman own 90.38%

NewTimeSpace News: On October 26, 2026, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published a notice on the concentration of shareholding in New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (NEW GONOW RV, 00805.HK) as at October 13, 2026. Its enquiry found that 22 shareholders and their related parties held 400,219,592 shares, or 41.69% of the issued shares.

Together with the 467,470,122 shares (48.69%) held by Mr. Miao Xuezhong, chairman and chief executive officer, the holdings represented 90.38% of the issued shares, leaving only 92,310,286 shares (9.62%) in the hands of other shareholders out of 960,000,000 shares in issue.

The SFC noted that the closing price rose 878.6% from HK$1.40 on April 30, 2026 to HK$13.70 on October 13, and closed at HK$14.00 on October 23, 900% above the April 30 level. Given the high concentration, the price could fluctuate substantially even on small trading volumes, and shareholders and prospective investors should exercise extreme caution.
