King's Stone (01943.HK): unit signs 3-year computing power pact

NewTimeSpace News: King's Stone Holdings Group Limited (01943.HK) announced on October 23 that Shenzhen Junyu Smart Computing Technology Co., Ltd., its indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into a cooperation framework agreement on computing power with Shenzhen Xinle Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in October 2026 for a term of three years.

According to the announcement, the parties will cooperate in server room resources, investment in and operation of computing power, client resources, office and research and development sites, and industrial incubation. Junyu Smart Computing will be responsible for the investment, deployment and operation of computing power equipment and must complete the first-phase deployment within six months after the agreement takes effect, failing which Xinle Digital may terminate the agreement in writing and recover the relevant resources.

The announcement said that the framework agreement is a guiding document and does not constitute any guaranteed commitment on specific projects, scale of cooperation or investment, transaction amounts or client resources, nor an exclusive cooperation arrangement. Junyu Smart Computing is 51% owned by the Group, while Xinle Digital is a state-owned enterprise controlled by Shenzhen Xinle Taxi Company.
