(stock code: 00668) published an overseas regulatory announcement setting out a filing with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, saying it has completed its business registration change and obtained a new business licence, with registered capital now RMB 588,054,318.
The change follows the vesting of restricted shares, the listing of its H shares and conversions of its convertible bonds, which altered total share capital, and was approved at the company's third extraordinary general meeting of 2026 on 17 September 2026, when its articles were also amended. The licence, issued by the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area administrative approval service bureau, lists Yang Meng as legal representative and gives 6 December 2011 as the incorporation date.
