NewTimeSpace News: On 15 October 2026, China Aluminum International Engineering Corporation Limited (stock code: 02068.HK) received a resignation from non-executive director Mr. Liu Changkui, who resigned early from his Board seat and from the audit, risk management, remuneration and strategy committees over post-retirement personal plans, and will hold no position in the Company.
The resignation did not take the Board below the statutory minimum, and as the Board appointed Mr. Wang Dezhong to the audit committee, the committee was not left below the statutory minimum or without an accounting professional; it took effect on 15 October 2026. Mr. Liu confirmed no disagreement with the Company and the Board, and the Company thanked him for his contributions.
The Board also appointed Mr. Wang Dezhong, a non-executive director, to the audit committee for the fifth board term.
