(01138.HK) published an overseas regulatory announcement carrying the implementation announcement for its 2026 interim distribution posted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website under SSE requirements. The plan was authorised by shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting on 26 June 2026 and approved by the board at its 11th meeting on 28 August 2026.
Based on total share capital of 5,471,251,402 shares before implementation, a cash dividend of RMB 0.28 per share (tax inclusive) will be paid, totalling RMB 1,531,950,392.56.
