NewTimeSpace News: On 14 October 2026, Huaibei GreenGold Industry Investment Co., Ltd. (02450.HK) announced that the Group plans to pursue business cooperation on a comprehensive healthcare industry project with Shenzhen Life Source Supply Chain Co., Ltd. ("Life Source"), which was established in Shenzhen in 2026 and focuses on healthcare supply chains and commercial empowerment. Life Source holds core technologies and nearly 100 patents across about 40 countries, a product supply chain of over 3,000 categories, about 800 physical stores expandable to over 2,000, and over 100,000 members.
The Group is in preliminary discussions with Life Source on supply chain support, digital operations and market system building, and expects to participate through supply chain cooperation, platform co-building and capital operations. As at the announcement date, no legally binding agreement has been entered into and the potential cooperation remains preliminary.
