NewTimeSpace News: On 13 October 2026, Energy International Investments Holdings Limited (stock code: 00353.HK) announced that a change in the shareholding of its controlling shareholder, Cosmic Shine International Limited (Cosmic Shine), was completed.
On the same date Hu Xiaoliang agreed to sell and Sun Li to buy a 30% interest in Cosmic Shine. Following completion, Cosmic Shine continues to hold 1,410,431,372 shares, about 66.67% of the issued share capital, and remains the controlling shareholder; it is held 50%, 20% and 30% by Cao Sheng, Liu Yong and Sun Li; with Hu Xiaoliang holding no interest in Cosmic Shine or the Company.
The change occurred at Cosmic Shine's level, so no direct change arose at the Company level, and the Directors see no impact on its finances or operations. The SFC confirmed on 28 September 2026 that the change would not trigger the mandatory general offer obligation under Rule 26.1 of the Takeovers Code.
