NewTimeSpace News: On 13 October 2026, InSilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (stock code: 03696) announced that it has nominated ISM9546, an innovative, orally bioavailable, peripheral-restricted VAV1 molecular glue degrader, as a preclinical candidate (PCC) for the potential treatment of autoimmune diseases including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
The announcement stated that ISM9546 marks the 35th PCC nomination of the Company since 2021, developed with the support of Insilico Medicine's proprietary Pharma.AI solution.
The Company said ISM9546 strikes a balance between efficacy and safety, with nanomolar activity validated across cell assays, and its peripherally restricted trait potentially alleviates risks related to the central nervous system (CNS).
