CALB (03931.HK): CSRC Filing Cleared for 207.1 Million Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 12 October 2026, CALB Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03931) announced that it recently received a filing notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the implementation of full circulation of H shares, completing the filing with the CSRC for the full circulation of a total of 207,102,914 domestic shares of the Company.

The announcement stated that the Company will apply to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for approval of the listing of and permission to deal in the relevant H shares. As at the date of the announcement, the details of the implementation plan for the full circulation, conversion and listing of H shares have not been finalised, and remain subject to the relevant procedures required by the Stock Exchange and other domestic and overseas regulatory authorities.

The Company also noted that if the share conversion is not completed within 12 months from the date of issue of the filing notice and it intends to proceed, it shall submit updated filing materials to the CSRC. The Company will make further announcements on the progress of the full circulation, conversion and listing in accordance with the inside information provisions and the Listing Rules.
