BANKOFJIUJIANG (06190.HK): Issues 205.74 Million Domestic Shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 12 October 2026, Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. (stock code: 06190) announced that its board considered and determined the specific terms of the domestic share subscription and the H share subscription, and entered into domestic share subscription agreements with four second-batch domestic share subscribers on the same day, under which the subscribers conditionally agreed to subscribe for, and the Bank conditionally agreed to issue, a total of 205,740,000 domestic shares at RMB 7.29 per share (equivalent to approximately HKD 8.38), for an aggregate cash consideration of RMB 1,499,844,600 (equivalent to approximately HKD 1,724,990,339.05).

The announcement stated that, among the four subscribers, Jiujiang Industrial Investment Capital Operation Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Jiujiang City Construction Investment Co., Ltd. each subscribed for 61,720,000 shares, while Jiujiang Jiaofa Transport Industry Investment Co., Ltd. and Jiujiang Gongfa Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. each subscribed for 41,150,000 shares. Together with the 494,200,000 domestic shares under the first-batch subscription, the two batches involve a total of 699,940,000 domestic shares for an aggregate subscription amount of RMB 5,102,562,600 (equivalent to approximately HKD 5,868,522,105.17).

On the same day, the Bank entered into an H share subscription agreement with an H share subscriber to issue 1,000,000 H shares at HKD 8.38 per share, for an aggregate cash consideration of HKD 8,380,000. The subscriptions form part of a plan to issue up to 860,000,000 domestic shares and up to 175,000,000 H shares on a non-public basis under a special mandate, and the net proceeds will be used in full to replenish the Bank's core tier-one capital after deducting issuance expenses.
