PAN ASIA DATA H (01561.HK): winding-up hearing adjourned to Feb 2027

NewTimeSpace News: On 12 October 2026, Pan Asia Data Holdings Inc. (stock code: 01561.HK) announced under the inside information provisions of the Listing Rules and the Securities and Futures Ordinance that, at the hearing of the winding-up petition held before the High Court of Hong Kong on 12 October 2026, the High Court, on the request of the Company and the petitioner, ordered that the hearing be further adjourned to 1 February 2027 (Monday). As at the date of the announcement, no winding-up order has been made by the court.

The Company referred to its announcements dated 19 January, 28 January, 8 April, 24 June, 29 July and 2 October 2026 concerning the petition filed against it by the petitioner. The Company will keep shareholders and potential investors informed of any material progress and will make further announcements as appropriate.
