NewTimeSpace News: On 12 October 2026, SMIT Holdings Limited (stock code: 02239.HK) announced, with reference to its announcements dated 20 July 2026 and 29 September 2026 concerning the disposal of equity interests in Xinxingji, that all conditions precedent under Equity Transfer Agreement A (as amended and supplemented by a supplementary agreement) have been fulfilled and that Equity Transfer A was completed on 12 October 2026 in accordance with its terms and conditions. As Equity Transfer B was completed on 24 July 2026, following completion of Equity Transfer A the Group no longer holds any equity interest in Xinxingji.
