HON KWOK LAND (00160.HK): Zhou Mingzu appointed non-executive director

NewTimeSpace News: On 12 October 2026, Hon Kwok Land Investment Company, Limited (stock code: 00160.HK) announced that Zhou Mingzu has been appointed a non-executive director of the Company from 12 October 2026.

Zhou Mingzu, aged 60, is managing director and executive director of Chinney Investments, Limited (stock code: 00216.HK), a substantial shareholder of the Company, and a non-executive director of Chinney Alliance Group Limited (stock code: 00385.HK). He was an independent non-executive director of the Company from December 2023 to August 2025, and joined Hongkong Land Group in 1994, serving as an executive director of Hongkong Land from 2000 to 2022. He has entered into a letter of appointment terminable on one month's written notice, with his term running until the Company's next annual general meeting, and has agreed to waive director's emoluments. As at the date of the announcement, he holds no interest in the Company's shares.
