NewTimeSpace News: On 11 October 2026, Productive Technologies Company Limited (stock code: 00650) announced progress in its semiconductor equipment business, saying it had secured 29 new equipment orders since the date of its announcement on 24 March 2026, of which 14 were new semiconductor equipment orders.

The semiconductor equipment orders comprise single-wafer cleaning equipment and furnace LPCVD equipment, mainly for customers' high-end specialty-process semiconductor and third-generation semiconductor production lines across wafer front-end and back-end applications. By machine count in descending order, they are OCTOPUS and OCTOPUS-SP single-wafer cleaning equipment for 12-inch wafer backside cleaning, solvent cleaning and RCA cleaning, including four units of sulphuric acid cleaning equipment; CUBE single-wafer cleaning equipment for backside cleaning and etching; and furnace LPCVD equipment for 12-inch SiN thin-film deposition.

The Company said the orders are formal orders and revenue has not yet been recognised, with recognition to follow customer validation. Based on reasonable enquiry, the Board confirmed that the customers and their ultimate beneficial owners are third parties independent of the Company and its connected persons, and that the transactions do not constitute a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
