HAICHANG HLDG (02255.HK): Controlling Shareholder Yu Faxiang Probed by CSRC
NewTimeSpace News: On 11 October 2026, Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd. (stock code: 02255) announced that it noted announcements dated 10 October 2026 issued respectively by Zhejiang Xiangyuan Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600576.SH) and Anhui Provincial Transportation Construction Co., Ltd. (stock code: 603815.SH) regarding Mr. Yu Faxiang, the controlling shareholder of the Company.
Xiangyuan Cultural Tourism and Transportation Construction each received notice from Mr. Yu on 9 October 2026 that he had on the same day received a Notice of Filing of Case (Zhengjian Lifan Zi No. 01120260037) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), which decided to open an investigation into him on suspicion of personal violations of information disclosure laws and regulations.
The Board confirmed after reasonable enquiry that the investigation is unrelated to the Group. Mr. Yu currently holds no position in the Group and does not participate in its daily management and operations; the Group's production and operations remain normal, and the investigation is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the Group's daily operations.
