HAIZHI TECH GP (02706.HK): Signs Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Jointown on Pharma Distribution Digitalisation
NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, Beijing Haizhi Technology Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") voluntarily announced that it recently entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Jointown Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. ("Jointown"). Under the agreement, the Company and Jointown will carry out strategic cooperation on the digital and intelligent transformation of the pharmaceutical distribution industry, including but not limited to using Atlas graph solutions and Atlas agents as vehicles, leveraging multimodal databases and ontology technology, to build a two-tier enabling architecture of "data and business semantic foundation — agent applications" to provide intelligent decision support for Jointown's supply chain business; and jointly innovating typical industry AI applications, compiling frontline business knowledge into reusable ontology models and skill libraries, and creating and promoting benchmark solutions for the digital and intelligent transformation of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
The announcement disclosed that the Company focuses on developing Atlas graph solutions and Atlas agents through graph-model fusion technology and providing industry-grade artificial intelligence solutions; Jointown is a leading pharmaceutical distribution industry group in China, whose A shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600998), with a nationwide distribution, logistics and terminal service network and deep business accumulation across the entire circulation chain including procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, orders, quality control, finance and customer operations.
The Company stated that the board believes the strategic cooperation under the framework agreement will achieve complementary resources and coordinated development through the parties' respective technological advantages, industry experience and market resources, supporting the digital and intelligent transformation (i.e. AI upgrade) of the pharmaceutical distribution industry. The framework agreement is a framework document, and specific cooperation will be separately negotiated and executed by the parties; the Company will make further announcements under the Listing Rules as necessary or appropriate.
