Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 19 August 2026 regarding the disposal of the entire equity interest in Chi Choi Group Limited, and to the Company's announcements dated 8 September and 24 September 2026.
The announcement disclosed that a circular containing, among other things, further information on the disposal, the valuation report on the property, other information required to be disclosed under the Listing Rules and the notice of the general meeting to approve the disposal was expected to be despatched to shareholders on or before 9 October 2026. As the Company requires additional time to finalise the financial information and the valuation report for inclusion in the circular, the despatch date is expected to be delayed to on or before Friday, 23 October 2026.
